• Rollforming: Capability to produce parts up to 54” in width with line speeds up to 60 ft/min
• Stamping: Full line-up of presses with a tonnage range of 50 to 1200 tons
• Fabrication: Full manufacturing and assembly capabilities up to 1” material
• Tool Design: In-house tool design and build allows Modineer to provide a “One-Stop” shop.
• Machining: Full CNC machining for parts up to 72” in X, 34” in Y, 30” in Z with a maximum weight of 4,000 lbs. We offer trunnions to acheive 4th and 5th axis capabilities.
