Modineer understands the value of its supply chain and the need for consistent suppliers. Modineer recognizes its supply base as an extension of its business. The Supplier Quality Manual and Purchase Order Terms have been developed to describe and define the requirements and expectations of Modineer.
These documents are intended to promote consistency in Modineer's sourcing and procurement activities. Compliance to the terms, conditions and requirements outlined in these documents is mandatory.
Updates and changes will be published and communicated through this web site. It is the supplier's responsibility to check at regular intervals for modifications to these documents. If for any reason the web site cannot be accessed, it is the supplier's responsibility to contact your assigned Modineer purchasing personnel for a copy of these documents.
