Modineer has two newly acquired Roll Form mills. The first is a 4 1/2" shaft diameter, 30 pass line with capabilities to produce parts up to 54" in width. Not only is this mill one of the few of its size, it is equipped with a coil car, die accelerator, and 100 ton mechanical cut-off press that all assist in decreasing production time, lowering output cost, and producing a superior surface finish with sharp, clean contours.

The second is a 3" shaft diameter, 20 pass mill with rafted tool design. The unique features of this mill include in-line pre and post pierce stations as well as an in-line welder. These features eliminate secondary operations, which will drive labor cost out of your sophisticated roll form requirements.
